10. Refunds
In order to facilitate the lowest possible prices to our customers, all sales made on this website are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. Adventist Revival Ministries does not provide credit, refunds, or prorated returns.

It can be accessed from all fifty states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Colorado by accessing this Website, Adventist Revival Ministries and you both agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Colorado without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this Website. Adventist Revival Ministries and you both agree and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts sitting in Colorado, as applicable, with respect to such matters and any other dispute relating to the Website. In any action to enforce these terms, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. Any cause of action brought by you against Adventist Revival Ministries or its affiliates must be instituted within one year after the cause of action arises and be made under the terms of Paragraph 13 or be deemed forever waived and barred.

In the event that a dispute, controversy, breach or lawful claim regarding the formulation, performance, applicability, interpretation or enforceability of these Terms or use of our content, services or products arises, you expressly consent and agree to resolve said dispute through mandatory binding arbitration and any arbitrator’s award may be entered as a judgement in United States Court [OR COURT OF ANOTHER COUNTRY IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES] and in the district within which such award was made enforceable as an order of the court. The parties hereby submit to the venue and jurisdiction of that court for purposes of enforcement of any arbitration award, and agree to waive any forum non conveniens objection or any similar objection.

15. Waiver
Any failure by Adventist Revival Ministries to enforce or exercise any provision of these terms or related rights shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
16. Integration
Our Terms & Conditions, in addition to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer(s), establish the complete, exclusive, and fully integrated statement of the Agreement between us and our users. As such, it is the sole expression of the Agreement, and the parties are not bound by any other Agreements of whatsoever kind or nature. The parties agree that this Agreement may not be supplemented, explained, or interpreted by any evidence of trade usage or course of dealing. This agreement is valid in any format, so long as the substance is not altered. You agree to grant Adventist Revival Ministries the right to take action reasonably necessary to enforce or authenticate compliance with these Terms. You agree and acknowledge that Adventist Revival Ministries has the right to disclose any data or information to government officials, law enforcement entities, and/or third parties in order to authenticate compliance with these terms, without liability to you. These actions may include any legal process in relation to your use of our services, products, or content and/or third-party claims that your use of the services, products, or content is unlawful or infringes upon said third-party’s rights.
